Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received from all presentations. Drawing will be conducted by Intermountain Remodeling, Inc. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. No purchase or in-home product demonstration required to win. Winners will be notified by mail. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. In the event that the winner has purchased an Intermountain Remodeling, Inc. product that is part of their prize between 01/01/09 and 01/31/10, such a prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Limit to 14 square of siding, or Soffit and fascia for your entire home, covered with carefree vinyl, includes all materials, accessories, and installation labor. Maximum 250 lin. Feet of soffit and fascia. All prizes include installation on homes with existing wood or masonite siding and do not include removal of existing siding.
