  Mountain View Windows Lifetime Warranty Policy

(All Materials and Workmanship for Original Purchaser)

Intermountain Remodeling Specialists, Inc. warrants that its Mountain View Window product line shall be free from defect in Materials and Workmanship for a lifetime from the date of purchase by the Original Contract Purchaser or thirty (30) years if the home is sold no matter how often the home is sold.

This warranty also covers complete glass breakage to the original purchaser.

This Lifetime Warranty covers the rigidized vinyl in the window/patio door sash frames and in the window/patio door mainframe of the base window unit against cracking, warping, peeling, flaking, blistering or corroding. The hermetically sealed insulated glass unit of the Vinyl Window/Patio Door System is warranted against seal failure and against development of material obstruction of vision occurring from manufacturing defects resulting from film formation or dust collection between the interior glass surfaces, caused by failure of the hermetic seal, under conditions of normal use and service.
